Our homes
Safe, nurturing homes across Greater Manchester.
Each of our three Ofsted-registered homes has its own character and community — but all share the same commitment to providing young people with a stable, caring, and genuinely homely environment.
What makes our homes different.
Our homes are warm, well-furnished, and designed to give young people a real sense of belonging. Each home has a small, consistent staff team who get to know every young person as an individual, and a Registered Manager who is present and hands-on.
Small, consistent teams
Low staff-to-young-person ratios mean every young person gets the attention and consistency they need.
Homely environments
Comfortable, well-maintained homes that feel welcoming — not clinical. Young people have their own space and are involved in how the home is run.
Registered Managers on site
Each home is led by an experienced, qualified Registered Manager who is actively involved in day-to-day care.
Ofsted registered
All three homes are registered with Ofsted and subject to regular inspection under the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
Our three homes
A home for every young person.
Star House
Star House is our longest-established home, set in a quiet residential area of Greater Manchester. It has a warm, settled atmosphere built over years of consistent care. The home has a large garden, a dedicated activities space, and a staff team who pride themselves on knowing every young person inside out.
Rose House
Rose House is located in a quiet part of Greater Manchester, offering a calm and structured environment for young people who benefit from routine and stability. The home has strong links with local schools and youth services, and a staff team with particular expertise in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Tree Tops
Tree Tops is our newest home, opened to meet growing demand for quality placements across the Manchester area. It brings the same values and standards as our other homes, with a fresh, modern interior and a staff team carefully selected for their skills and commitment to young people.
Our approach to care
Trauma-informed, relationship-based care.
All of our homes operate using a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach to care. We understand that many of the young people who come to us have experienced significant adversity, and we tailor our support accordingly — building trust slowly, maintaining consistent boundaries, and celebrating every step forward, however small.
